NIA REGION 7 AWARDS 31 EMPLOYEES FOR THEIR LOYAL YEARS OF SERVICE

Employees who have served National Irrigation Administration (NIA) for 10 years and beyond were recognized in the Simultaneous NIA 59th Anniversary Celebration today at the NIA Region 7 Covered Court, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
5 from Bohol Integrated Irrigation System (BIIS), 7 from Bohol-Cebu-Siquijor- Irrigation Management Office (BCS-IMO) Bohol Office, 4 from BCS-IMO Cebu Office, 5 from Negros Oriental Satellite Office, and 10 from the Regional Office have received a plaque from NIA Region 7 in appreciation for their milestones in years of service.
NIA R7 Acting Regional Manager Engr. Reyne B. Ugay motivated the employees to perform at their highest productivity in his message during the half-day activity.
NIA FARMER FEDERATIONS IN BOHOL SIGN 6 EPAHP MARKETING AGREEMENTS

Three Federations of Irrigators’ Associations (IAs) from the National Irrigation System (NIS) of Bohol Integrated Irrigation System (BIIS) earned direct and regular buyers for their vegetable crops as they sign Marketing Agreements with 6 contracting parties today.
Through the initiation of NIA-R7, under its Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) Program, the MADFIA, BAYCAPAFIA, and FETASIA successfully signed Marketing Agreements with the BJMP Talibon, BJMP Carmen, N&N Restaurant, Kumidor Food Hauz, Kagawasan Women’s Association, and LGU San Miguel.
