Employees who have served National Irrigation Administration (NIA) for 10 years and beyond were recognized in the Simultaneous NIA 59th Anniversary Celebration today at the NIA Region 7 Covered Court, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
5 from Bohol Integrated Irrigation System (BIIS), 7 from Bohol-Cebu-Siquijor- Irrigation Management Office (BCS-IMO) Bohol Office, 4 from BCS-IMO Cebu Office, 5 from Negros Oriental Satellite Office, and 10 from the Regional Office have received a plaque from NIA Region 7 in appreciation for their milestones in years of service.
NIA R7 Acting Regional Manager Engr. Reyne B. Ugay motivated the employees to perform at their highest productivity in his message during the half-day activity.
“Sa atong mga awardees, hinaot unta sa nagkadugay ta sa serbisyo magkadako usab ang atong kadasig ug paningkamot para sa ahensya” [To our awardees, I hope that the longer we serve the more our zeal for the agency's betterment becomes stronger]
These awardees will also receive a cash incentive along with the award.
