National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Region 7 Acting Regional Manager Engr. Reyne B. Ugay, formally introduced himself to the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) R7 Regional Director Efren B. Carreon in a courtesy meeting on March 18, 2022, at the NEDA Central Visayas Office, Government Center, Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City.

It was Engr. Ugay’s first meeting with RD Carreon since his appointment in the Regional Office 7 last October 2021.
