NIAEASP Cebu Chapter officers, Engr. Bugnos take oath

The National Irrigation Administration Employees Association of the Philippines (NIAEASP) Cebu Chapter officers took oath before the Acting Regional Manager Engr. Reyne B. Ugay last February 18, 2022 in his office at NIA Cebu Compound, Banilad, Cebu City.
Newly elected President Ms. Rowena G. Encabo, an Institutional Development Officer (IDO)-A shared that concerted efforts must be given by the officers to achieve its goal of giving what’s best for all the members of NIAEASP-Cebu.
Officers themselves must be willing to serve and not be served, and their service should not only be limited for the members, but also for the members’ families, as well the community.
INDUCTION AND OATH-TAKING OF CLUSTER 1 FEDERATION OFFICERS

The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Cebu organized the Induction and Oath Taking of Cluster I Federation Officers on February 18, 2022 at the Carcar Eco Farm, Liburon, Carcar City, Cebu.
Hon. Mercedita R. Apura, Carcar City Mayor was the inducting officer. In her message, Hon. Apura affirmed her support for the farmers. She mentioned that the LGU will come to help in the repair of the damages to the irrigation facilities caused by Typhoon Odette in December 2021. She thanked NIA for its support and its program for the farmers like the Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP), and encouraged the farmers to continue planting and producing harvests that would be both beneficial for them and the community.
