National Irrigation Administration Region VII Irrigators Development Officers (IDOs) from all over Central Visayas take on Article Writing and Public Speaking Training on March 21-22, 2023 at Cebu City.
This activity aims to sharpen IDOs' strategies to be more informative, persuasive, and motivating in reporting their Accomplishments in the implementation of the agency's Institutional Development Programs (IDPs).
As NIA's workforce for farmers' economic life upliftment, the IDOs' accomplishments in implementing the IDPs are a vital contribution to NIA's overall performance.
With the presence of various media platforms, NIA RVII's Institutional Development Unit would like to improve from the customary way of presenting through PowerPoint presentations and be able to show their achievements to a wider scope of audiences.
Equipped with enhanced knowledge of feature stories writing and public speaking, IDOs are expected to become better resources for news and informative article on farmers' activities and accomplishments.
