As part of its commitment in ensuring that all projects are completed and delivered before the end of the calendar year 2022, NIA Cebu Office under the leadership of Engr. Danilo M. Bugnos, Jr., Acting Division Manager of the Bohol-Cebu-Siquijor Irrigation Management Office (BCSIMO) calls for a NIA-LMC Contractor’s Coordination Meeting at the NIA Cebu Office Conference Room, today, August 3, 2022.
Engr. Bugnos presided over the meeting, together with Engr. Nelson M. Miralles, Assistant Head of Cebu Office, Engr. Gemini Rose M. Abuan, Head of Construction Unit, Staff of the Engineering Unit and Project-in-charges (PICs).
Participated by different contractors of the Cebu Office, discussed in the meeting are the progress of the work already accomplished, anticipated progress for the following week/month, and reviewed potential problems in the implementation of the awarded contracts in order for the office and the contractors to prepare appropriate measures.
Also discussed are the pertinent documents, catch-up plans and reports required by the office to facilitate the monitoring and evaluation of the contractor’s performance.
The meeting was set to be conducted regularly, every first Friday of the month starting September 2, 2022.
